Grief Coaching is for the person who has suffered a loss. This could be the loss of a loved one or other forms of loss such as a relationship or job.
It's important to remember that grief has no set rules or schedule. One day we're feeling great and the next our eyes well up with tears or we're breaking out in a cold sweat and we have no idea why.
Everyone experiences grief differently. For some the intensity is overwhelming and they need to express this while other grieve in silence.
Neither is wrong.
Grief is also physically & emotionally exhausting so remembering to take care of yourself is important.
These are just a few things that a grief coach can assist with and having someone in your corner to listen you, ask the questions, possibly even channel your loved one can be such a comforting thing.
