As well, I discuss some of the things that helped me heal my past, both as my journey progressed, as well as right up to today.
They say ‘hurt people hurt people’ and I completely agree with that. I’m not sure who ‘they’ are but I’d like to change that to 'Healed people heal people'. That’s my long term goal for the outcome of this book.
