Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

-FREE shipping on orders of $100.00 CAD or more (before taxes and shipping)
-All orders ship in 1-3 business days after processing, excluding holidays.
-Customer will be notified of any shipping delays.

Customs and duty fees, if applicable, are at the customer's expense.

Local pick-up available in Virden, Manitoba.

ONLINE CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the order processing, to rhondawalker@live.ca. We will do our best to meet the changes, but once the items are packaged for shipping, changes can not be accepted.

Damaged Upon Delivery

The Garden Shoppe prides themselves on customer service and making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us immediately at rhondawalker@live.ca and we will correct the issue.
