
This blend was created with the spirit of the Irish monks.
Irish Cream liqueur dates back to the 6th century when Irish monks traveled to the Middle East and learnt the art of distilling. Initially, they were interested in making perfume but being Irish, it only took a short wee while to realize the process also worked for whiskey, or Uisce Beatha, Gaelic for Water of Life. This is a delicious tea the monks would be proud of makes a wonderful breakfast tea!!
